Please read this document carefully before using this Website. In the future, this policy may be modified or revised. All modifications and revisions will be effective immediately. Your continued use and browsing of the Divine House Website constitutes as an agreement to all of the terms and conditions laid out in this policy, including any newly modified terms and conditions in the future. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions defined in this policy, do not use or browse this Website.

All Content with the Divine House trademark is the exclusive property of the Divine House. Your use of this Website does not give you ownership rights to any of its Content. Copying, redistribution, or publication of the Content on this Website is prohibited unless explicitly expressed in this policy. If you believe that we have unlawfully used your copyrighted content, please contact us.  

Intended Purpose and Audience
This Website is NOT intended to be a substitute or equivalent to professional, legitimate medical or psychological treatment and advice. The Divine House Website reserves the right to terminate any user’s membership and to remove any Content that violates the terms of Conduct as laid out in this policy. Your agreement with this Terms of Use Policy consents your compliance with all applicable laws that affect and govern your actions on this Website. 

Third-Party Links and Sharing to Different Platforms
Some features on this Website may allow you to cross-post or share information onto a third-party social media platform such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and so on. Whenever you choose to cross-post or share information from this Website with other third-party platforms and social media platforms that are not owned or controlled by the Divine House, your actions are NOT protected by this Website’s policies. The Divine House Website is not responsible for any consequences of your decision to share or cross-post with third-party platforms. Similarly, third-party links may be included in Content distributed by the Divine House Website. The inclusion of these links does not imply endorsement by the Divine House. Furthermore, if you choose to open and follow these third-party links, the Divine House Website does not accept any responsibility for actions taken place on third-party websites. If any of the provisions laid out in this Terms of Use policy is nullified by a court of competent, authorized jurisdiction, then that specific provision shall be revised or eliminated as minimally as possible in order to preserve this policy to the highest extent.

We reserve the right to terminate any or all of the provisions and terms laid out in this policy at any given moment, with or without notice, at our own discretion.
